He is a bilingual, bicultural strategist, with command of mexican and american lay and business culture, whom helps companies understand the profound changes in the market, and the importance of innovation and collaboration.


He has delivered over 300 acclaimed keynotes in Mexico and The United States and has been an invited strategic marketing professor for UCLA (University of California Los Angeles), Cornell University and IPADE (Mexico’s leading business school).


Achievements


25 years experience working as strategist and cultural ambassador with american, mexican and european corporations, launching and building industries, companies and brands.

  • His corporate experience includes launching and managing Ogilvy Direct Mexico (a company of The WPP Group, a leading worldwide communication group), where he executed over 500 direct marketing and CRM campaigns, and directing new business development in Mexico for Le Groupe Accor, (a global leader in hotels and corporate services).


As an entrepreneur he co-founded “Congress Executive Training” and took it to be the premier vertical seminar company in Mexico, creating strategic marketing, sales, CRM, innovation, tourism and political marketing summits, training over 30,000 executives over the past five years.. He works regularly with “gurus” like Sergio Zyman, Seth Godin, Ram Charam, John Quelch, Philip Kotler, Dick Morris, Madaline Albright, Gary Hamel y Adrian Slywosky.

Clientes list includes: American Express, Bimbo Bakeries, Cemex, Ford, Sheraton Hotels, Hewlett Packard, Oracle, and The Secretary of Tourism of Mexico, among others.


Mac was borne in Mexico City to a Russin Father and an American mother. His wife is french. Brought up in United States, he has also lived in Canada, Mexico and France. He studied liberal arts in the States and business administration in Mexico.
